Turkish döner spit glowing in a dark kitchen at night

After hours

The Baba Döner
ghost kitchen.

No dining room, no queue, no compromise. When the doors are locked, our kitchen keeps carving for delivery only — for the shift workers, students and night owls of Newmarket.

How it works

Four steps, one hot bag

1 · The dining room closes

Last dine-in guests leave, the front goes quiet — and the kitchen switches over to delivery-only service. Same spit, same cooks, same standards.

2 · The late menu goes live

We run a tighter, faster menu after hours: wraps, plates, fries and sweets. Everything on it is built to travel and arrive hot.

3 · It comes to your door

Order through Uber Eats, or call us for one of our own drivers. Sealed bags, insulated boxes, sauces packed separately.

4 · Carved to order, never pre-packed

Nothing sits under a lamp waiting for a courier. Your döner is shaved off the spit once your order lands.

Same kitchen, same rules

A ghost kitchen is not a shortcut. It is the same certified halal meat, the same produce cut that morning, the same colour-coded stations and the same two owners standing at the spit.

  • Certified halal meat, stacked and seasoned in-house
  • Tamper-sealed bags and insulated hot boxes
  • Sauces and salads packed separately so nothing goes soggy
  • Every order called or messaged to confirm before it leaves
